A Wonderful Christmas Celebration at Winmarleigh 🎄

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Winmarleigh for our Christmas party, and to everyone who helped contribute and make the weekend so special. It was fantastic to see so many people there, all getting involved and enjoying the festive spirit.

We shared a delicious Jacob’s Join, which went down a treat, and were delighted by a very special visit from Father Christmas himself! We’re incredibly lucky that one of our Nelda members is a good friend of his, and that he makes time to join us every year. A big thank you to Eddie for inviting him along once again, it truly wouldn’t be Christmas without him.

There was plenty of fun and laughter throughout the evening . Everyone had a go at Play Your Cards Right, with only one person managing to make it all the way to the end… I’ll let you guess who that might have been!

The rolling pin also made a comeback from the summer games and proved just as popular, with everyone winning a selection of festive goodies in the rolling game.

Congratulations go to Glen, Sharon, Paul, Laura, and Graham, who claimed the crown in the Christmas music quiz, a well-deserved win!

Finally, I’d like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, and I look forward to seeing those of you who will be joining us in Walmer Bridge for a punk-rocking New Year celebration. Bring it on! 🎶🥳
